Our Projects

CONAPAC is a Peruvian non-profit organization whose mission is to promote conservation of the rainforest through education of its stewards, the people who live along the Amazon and Napo Rivers. Our centerpiece project is the Adopt-A-School program, which is strengthened by workshops and complemented by service and sustainable projects in river communities.

Donations to CONAPAC help ensure conservation of the rainforest in Peru, and help the people living there develop in critical ways. To facilitate this, the Detroit Zoological Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit, has partnered with us to collect and forward our donations. Please follow the instructions provided to make a donation in a way you best see fit.
